Terms and Conditions of Services and Purchases

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of services, treatments, packages, and products at Aromas Med Spa, as well as the use of our website and communications with our clinic. By purchasing services or receiving treatment at Aromas Med Spa, the client agrees to the policies outlined below.
1. General Policy
All treatments provided by Aromas Med Spa are cosmetic or wellness procedures and may require medical consultation prior to treatment.
The information provided on our website, marketing materials, or consultations is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
Individual results may vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
Clients may be required to complete medical history forms and informed consent documentation before receiving any treatment.
- The treatment may be modified
- The appointment may be rescheduled
- A clinic credit may be issued at the discretion of management
- Services already performed
- Packages or treatment plans
- Promotional purchases
- Gift cards
- Special offers or discounted services
Service packages must be used within the following validity periods:
- Standard treatment packages: valid for 1 year from the purchase date
- Laser Hair Removal packages: valid for 2 years from the purchase date
After the expiration date, any unused sessions will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, extended, or redeemed.
Packages and promotional services are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another individual.
If a client wishes to apply the remaining balance of a package toward a different treatment:
- The unused value will be converted to regular service pricing, not promotional pricing
- The value may be applied as internal credit toward another service
Example:
If a package included 4 sessions of a treatment at a promotional rate, the remaining balance will be recalculated based on the standard session price.
Promotions, discounts, and special offers:
- Are non-refundable
- Cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated
- Must be used according to the specific promotional conditions
Promotions are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Payment policies are as follows:
- Clients may pay 50% of the total package price at the first session
- The remaining balance must be paid by the second session, regardless of the number of sessions in the package
All services must be paid in full prior to treatment unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, approved financing options, and other payment methods accepted by Aromas Med Spa.
To respect the time of our clients and providers, Aromas Med Spa maintains the following scheduling policy:
- Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of the session or a cancellation fee
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment
Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
Aesthetic and medical treatments may produce different results depending on individual health conditions, lifestyle, and biological response.
Aromas Med Spa does not guarantee specific outcomes.
Clients acknowledge that multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results.
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate medical history
- Informing providers of medications, allergies, or conditions
- Following all pre- and post-treatment instructions
Aromas Med Spa is not responsible for complications resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow treatment instructions.
For medical documentation and treatment tracking, Aromas Med Spa may take photographs before and after treatments.
With the client’s consent, photographs may also be used for educational or marketing purposes.
Clients may decline marketing use of their images.
By providing a phone number or opting in to communications, clients consent to receive messages from Aromas Med Spa including:
- Appointment reminders
- Service updates
- Clinic communications
- Promotional offers (if marketing consent is provided)
Message frequency may vary and message/data rates may apply.
Clients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages.
SMS consent is not required to purchase services.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
